Crafted using the same cask recipe as the standard Sanaig release, Sanaig Cask Strength has primarily been aged in oloroso sherry casks.
Unlike Kilchoman's regular process, this limited edition has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.8% ABV. The outcome is a bold fusion of deep peat smoke, sweet cinnamon, and stone fruits, accompanied by notes of citrus, mixed spices, and dark chocolate.
